6. What is the rate at which NCB is transferred?

Ans: The NCB will be transferred to Reliance General Insurance at the exact rate that you are entitled to get from your previous insurance provider during the time of renewal of your policy.

7. In case of my job and place change, what happens to my policy?

Ans: Your policy will be unaltered. Only change must be in your address and phone no. You can make the changes online too.
